Anne, yeh, I have been excerciseing abit but not everyday, so i'll try to do that! and how much water do you think I should be drinking each day? I weigh about 182lbs by the way. How do you guys fit so much excersise into your day! I always seem so busy, but im going to try and find more time for it :)
Reply from anne, Age 16 - 12/04/03 - IP#: 216.66.108.xxx try drinking more then 8 cups a day because you're exersizing. what i do is i get a big fruit 2o bottle and drink 4 of them. on the neg. cal. diet you're supposed to drink a gallon a day and that's almost 4 liters something like3.7 blah blah blah. but i'm not strictly on that diet i just try to use as many of those foods as i can in a day and stay away from sweets...

EACH DAY doin something that is moving your body. like just go run around the block for half an hour just do something active to get ur body in shape....and diet and eat healthy too!! good luck ~Shenequa~

Try simple things, like using stairs in stead of the elevator, and park farther away from a store so you have to walk a bit farther. Also, when you have one spare minute, and stairs in your home, just walk up and down them once. It takes a really short time, and after a while it will get easier and you can do it faster. Then, bump it up to two times.
