Anne what is the neg. calorie doet? I hear u talk about it all the time and u've gotten my couriousity up. :)

there are lists of foods that you can eat that will burn more calories digesting then the amount of calories in the food itself. i'd give you the lists but you can find them really easily on the internet. acctually- cherry had a good one a while ago it was on the forum of www.negativecaloriediet.com under finicky eater. it's better if you eat a lot of these raw. just try to incorporate as many of these foods as you can into your diet- ther's more to it but i haven't read the book and i'm just trying to eat as many as possible which makes since even if the diet doesn't work because the foods are all really low in calories...

The negative calorie diet consists primarily of fruits and vegetables which have a low calorie content and it is assumed that it takes more energy for you to digest them than they contain. I don't think this is true however the foods involved are healthly and good for you too but you should have a little protein as well because your body will lose essential nutrients such as iron that are not available in the neg. cal. foods.
