Another thing.. maybe u should let your parents know because if you have been fasting long enough to have that severe of side effects you might wanna check to make sure everything is okay and that nuthing is seriously wrong

you needto stop fasting but if you've been doing it for a while you need to add food in a bit gradually so that you don't get too sick. it's not good for your body to starve yourself. good luck on fixing it and next time try a healthier alternative to dieting...

I really think that you should stop fasting. It's very unhealthy. I used to fast and I ended up being anorexic. I had to leave school for 3 months to get fed by tubes. Once you start fasting, it is very hard to stop doing it. You may end up losing weight quickly, but you will only keep the weight off if you keep not eating and that just screws you up. Once you start eating again you will gain all the weight back, but faster. I hope this helps you!

Please stop fasting. It does no good. We just had a little 'problem' with fasting the other day. there are many more healthier ways to lose weight-that wont have you falling over.
