Hey guys i know if you want to lose weight you have to drink alot of water well i am really really really bad about drinking water usually i drink like a half a cup a day which is only at the drinking fountains at school. I really think i would lose weight easier if i drank more but does anyone know how you can get hooked on drinking water?? thanx! Hanne

if u dont like the taste of regular water then drink flavored water like fruit2o. It dont have any calories but a little fruit flavor. u can get em in different flavors. try that.

if you're allowed water bottles in school then you should take one and just sip it through out the day to get more water and don't drink all the water you're supposed to have in a day all at once because that doesn't help your body- you need it spaced out or it'll go right through you and won't keep you well hydrated...

well if you like lemonade or kool aid or whatever then maybe you could first have lemonade..then next time you make it put less lemonade powder stuff in...then next time even less powder and pretty soon it will be water...maybe thats stupid, but it worked for my friend! Oh well, hope it helped!

Be careful-drink the water in moderation and dont get yourself sick.
