i want to lose 60 lbs by August 2004. Is this possiable? and if im very inactive what are some exercises that i can start doing to lose this weight? aka with a buddy, say running outside or things for the colder weather?

just eat as many veggiesa as you can- cut out a lot of sugar and drink tons of water and don't let 48 hrs pass without doing some sort of exersize. you could definately lose that much by then. good luck!

get some work out tapes like taebo- it's really great or jump rope. if you don't have money now just save up for a tape- it's worth it...and cheaper then a gym membership.

You should try the video "The firm" and try to cut down on sweets and also drink green tea it speend up yor metabolism..and most of all Believe in yourself and one day you'll win and dont take no for an answer and prove to those who doubt you, that u can lose weight..coz ur a girl and girls rock! so you go girlfriend!
