Hey y'all, okay I don't know if you remember but that big dance (lol.. that i actually have a date for yeah!) that I wanted to lose 15 lbs by is only 2 weeks away, and iv'e only lost three any ideas on how to get back on track.. and I'm gonna start the firm videos tomorrow so wish me luck with that.. but any ideas would be helpful, my dress is a little tight right now and I would love it to fit better.. Anne youv'e mentioned the negative calorie diet a few times... what exactly is that? can u tell me a little bit about it, and what I can and can't eat...?Thanks guys.. Luv always, *MaNdY*

well- the neg. cal. diet is eating only foods that take more energy for your body to digest them then that are in the food itself! you can find lists on the internet- some are free. most are green veggies and some fruits and also some meets. i think that cherry mentioned a good list on the forum on www.negativecaloriediet.com under finicky eater and you can find more lists on the net also. just try and incorporate as much of those foods as you can into your diet. it's also advisable to eat a lot of them raw because cooking them changes the way they digest in your body. good luck!

You should try the video "The firm" and try to cut down on sweets and also drink green tea it speend up yor metabolism..and most of all Believe in yourself and one day you'll win and dont take no for an answer and prove to those who doubt you, that u can lose weight..coz ur a girl and girls rock! so you go girlfriend!
