Ht. 5'6", Today: 158 lb (BMI %tile: 91), Goal: 133 lb - I am 5ft6 And 158llbs and i really owudl like to loose about20 to 30 llbs but when i see fatty foods i want them i excersice lots i run everyday but i dotn know what to do help!

well- what i found was that if i just ate a tiny bit of the fatty foods then i wanted them more and had a harder time stoping myself so what i suggest you do is not have any of that food and just ignore it untill you get a stronger will of what and how much to eat. clasp your hands together and ignore it- the cravings will subside eventually...
