hey guys i just wanted to tell ya'll that i was watching 48 hours and they put people on this diet for 2 weeks and all they ate was raw food. no not raw meat! just raw fruits and vegetables. At the end of the 2 weeks most people had lost 7-15 pounds, but one woman lost 27!

yeah- i think it's because when you cook the foods then it takes ;ess energy for your body to digest them and you don't get as much out of them. that's awesome though- thanks for posting it!
