Ht. 5'5", Today: 140 lb (BMI %tile: 86) - Alrite hey everybody im 13 5'4 or 5'5 and about 140 i really dont know if im overweight but im not happy with myself and i would feel a lot better if i could lose about 15lbs or 20lbs that would be great!!! me and my mom bought the polates vidio and ive done it on weekends when im at my moms but im 2 embarassed to do it at my dads cuz we only have one vcr and its in the living room and i used to run a couple nights a week but its way to cold for that now...i do have basketball practice after school but i dont think im losing any weight doin that so does anyone have any ideas? i can do inside cuz all i ever do is get home and get on the computer and sit here until i go to bed and im sure thats y im fat is that true??? well i'd really like some help so if ya could leave a message PLEASE!!! thanks luv ya all

ignore your family when you do pilates- hey- because if they're picking on you then it's there loss- oops- i mean yours- that's right- your FAT loss. lmao- ok so that was real korny but anyways that's what i do and i have a brother and someone that's not even in my family living with us but it's not like they sit there and gawk at me during my workouts. working out makes me feel a lot better then anything anyone could say to me or do to me to bring me down and when i'm finished i don't care because at least i did it!
