omg tae bo seems to be working with everyone that has tried it. I would like to try it but ever since there is lots of tapes to choose from i don't know which one to pick since everyone seems to be a lil bit different can y'all help me choose one? please

Buy the instructional tape(any version) and the basic tape(any version). Work through those and see how well it is and then buy other ones.

I know exactly what you mean, I recently went down to my local library and I checked out The basic workout for men and women. (tae-bo) It works very nice and its invigerating to do. Good luck
