I'm so proud of myself. I skipped breakfast yesterday and had just a few snacks for lunch so when dinner came i around i could eat. I only had one helping of everything and i had a slice of pie with fat-free whipped cream. And when i stepped on the scale this morning I hadnt gained any weight!!!

That's GREAT!! The only problem is you shouldn't skip breakfast. It is true..breakfast is the most important meal. Your metabolism needs something to work off of in the morning. Beleive me if you eat breakfast and eat sensibly the rest of the day AND exersize, you WILL LOSE WEIGHT!!! I PROMISE!! GOOd luck!
