Today: 130 lb, Goal: 115 lb - Hey everyone! I am not sure how much I weigh, around 130. I know I am not that overweight but I get teased alot and once I found this website I was so happy. I really want to get down around 115. I saw someone posted about going on just a grapefruit fast. It sounds like a really good idea because grapefruit has some type of fat burning enzyme in it (or so I heard) I also started Pilates and The Firm. I really wanna lose this weight and I am going to exercise as much as possible until I do!!

yes- citris fruits are really great for you-= but not if you only eat them. it'll amek you weak and unhealthy not getting enough vitamins and protien that your body needs. try the negative calorie diet if you look it up on the net you'll get examples of the foods you eat and an explination of it. you're supposed to be able to lose 14 pounds in 7 days...
