hey y'all, happy thanksgiving... im generally pretty happy with my weight but id like to lose about 5lbs. how long with this take and whats the easiest way to do it? i already do pushups/crunches every night, and i dont think i eat too badly...thanks so much

Hey! It should be fairly easy to lose 5 lbs. You could maybe even lose it in a week if you exercised alot. I suggest taking a 30 minute walk everyday and maybe a exercise video. I'm obsessed with the firm, its really great. Pilates are even better, but are more difficult, but if you stay dedicated to it and do them everyday you will have great looking abs, legs, and buttox.
