It's been a lil while since i posted here, but everyone, HAPPY THANKSGIVING!! I hope y'all didn't pig out too much. I don't think I did, infact i did pretty good (i hope) cuz i cooked everything and i knew wut was goin into my body. I had lost about 3 earlier this week but i hope the scale says that i weigh the same tomarrow morning (::crosses her fingers and prays::) hehe. Do yall think that exercizing in the morning or in the afternoon/evening is better. I really wanna start tae-bo again, but i need to figure out how to put it in my schedual especially with the crazy high school hours in ma state (by the time i get home i have an hour before it gets dark)w/b Thanks, have a gr8 turkey day!! good luck,CheLLiE

well- when you exersize in the morning you're burning more fat because you don't have food in your system yet and it can't burn the calories off from that. but you'll burn the same amount of calories. oh and plus it'll kick up your metabolism after it's been alseep for a while during your fast and i find that it gives me more energy throughout the day./ good luck!
