there are a lot of small things you can do to lose weight. first you can drink only water when you need something to drink to cut back on the calories. try to drink as much water as you can too. try to drink 3 cups of green tea a day which helps your skin, hair, and your metabolism but the only thing you should put in that is a sugar substitute- not sugar. have one of your meals be comepletely veggetables with little or no other things in it like salad dressing- and if you do have that then make it one low in cal. like vinnegarette. cut down on your portion sizes and make sure you have 4 servings of veggetables a day. change from white bread to wheat to get more fiber. do at least 30 min. of some sort of exersize a day but make sure that if you skip a day of exersizing that you don't let 48 hrs pass and get right back on track. the main thing for losing weight is that you have to be consistant and when you fall off you have to get right back on. make sure that you get enough cardio workouts which should be from3-5 times a week. good luck! if i think of other things then i'll post back because there's so many things you can do instead of starving yourse;f. because that's the worst thing to do for long term weight loss. make sure the way you're lossing weight will keep it off in the long run and make you a stronger and happier person...
