Heya guys! i have a question, do any of u have any idea if its possible to lose 50lbs b4 May next year? i know its ALOT but i have my prom in may and i want to suprise every1 by looking absolutely beautiful! ne body done this or got any tips?Please help, as i will only have one chance to look fabulous for my skool prom!

That is definitely possible! I really suggest that you buy some of THE FIRM tapes. They work so great. I have lost 24 pounds in a month and a half. I am soooo excited and I want to recommend these tapes to absolutely everyone who ever wanted to lose weight without dieting.

it sound like marshall has a good plan- the only thing is you need to drink 8 cups of water everyday and(i know this sounds hard) but double that for every 25 pounds overweight, or drink at least as much as you can. it's not as hard as it sounds...good luck though!

im on diet pills called xenical i dunno if they work that good fer me but they worked for my brother ....its my second day with them

Well I think that you can lose that much by then. I am trying to do the same thing. Well for diet eat what you want just in small portions, drink at least 5 cups of water a day, limit yourself to one soda a day, snack on fruits and vegetables, and stay away from sugar and fried food. For exercise workout 30 minutes a day 5 days a week do what you like to do walk, run, swim, bike ride, dance, etc. and do 20 sit-ups to make you belly small, 20 push-ups for your arms and chest, and do 20 squats or lunges for you butt and legs. I think you can do it so keep it up and be sure to start by next week!
