Hey, im kind of new here and this is my first post. I dance 5 hours a week, and am starting to do the eliptical trainer for 30 minutes 4-5 times a week, since i just got one for my brithday, which is today:)From the summer of 2002 untill now, i've gained 48 pounds!!I know, its so mucnn a year and a half or so. im despritely neeeding to loose that 50 pounds or so. I really want to be healthy, not just for looks, but mostly to dance better and feel more confident and be healthier. I really need to stop eating so much because that is my mail problem. please please help me, any advice, or tips would be great. And for those who have lost around 50 pounds, who weighed 175 (or around there), and now weigh around 120-125-ish,please let me know how long it took, details bout how it felt, when you saw reasults felt better, etc and how you did it! thasnks so much, peace for life

my goal weight is 130- i'm not there yet but i used to weigh 170(i'm about 5'5") and now i weigh 152. i'm losing weight by taebo(or a half hour of good exersize a day) and eating 1200-1500 calories a day and drinking a lot of water and just keeping at it even when i mess up my diet i get right back on it. well- good luck! oh- and i eat a lot more veggetables now also...
