Hi girls, I am at a very bad point in life. When all my friends still fit into the little sizes and I'm stuck being overweight. All my friends try to make me feel better by saying you just have alotta muscle and I appreciate them sayin nice stuff, but I was wondering if you guys have any tips for weight loss, whether its diets or meal plans, but when it comes ot meal plans, try to make it simple becuz I dont wanna have to talk to my parents becuz its kind of a touchy subject and I dont really have a strong relationship with them... good luck and thank you

If i dont need to lose anythign either do u hun ur just fine just tone ur body up thats up i am goiin to do, lik ex. ab work outs and other things lik that weight dont matter hun its the person u r does i love u lol

Hun yes i am ur friend but hey i am going to try to help u ok.. just eat right and excerise it helps believe me eat all meals and exzercise for at least 30mns a day and you will do fine i love u sara ttyl

Okay for this is what you should do: DIET: Don't do anything special just eat 3 meals a day just eat small portions of what you want, eat healthier just snack on fruits and veggies, (have 2-3 snacks a day) drink 5 glasses or more water a day, and stay away from sugar and fried food as much as you can. EXERCISE: Workout 30 minutes a day 5 days a week, do what you like to do walk, run, bike ride, swim, etc. then after that do 20 sit-ups, 20 push-ups, and 20 squats or lunges. I hope this helps and I hope you can soon fit into the same clothes your friends can.
