Today: 173 lb - I am 173 now 2 pounds down from last sunday. I am going to start strangth training next week with my basketball team and I am goin to still do the cardio witht he running. So my goal is to get to 170 by next week. Do you think I could do this? Plus I am going to try harder to not eat the junky stuff that i usually do and really be on the spot to get to 170 this week.

stick with the 2 pounds a week thing....let that be ur goal for next week, but try for 170. That way if u only reach your goal, then you will have still lost the appropriate amount of weight to keep ur weight loss on schedual. So if you lose that extra pound its an added bonus, but if u don't, then you won't be let down too much. Try ur best~~~wish u the best of luck.......chellie
