Ok, I am getting very unmotivated. Every day I say to myself go ahead and eat those chips, you can start your diet tomorrow. well NO MORE of that! I'm gonna start TODAY no matter if i like it or not. Im tired of being fat! My goal is to lose 15 pounds by february 19th (my birthday) but if I keep on like I am I'll lose zippo or i might even gain some! well that's NOT going to happen and I'm not going to let food control my life any my life! If anyone has any advice or support please respond! I NEED SOME HELP. PLEASE I NEED SOME SUPPORT!!

well rachel, i must say we are very alike, i am also rachel and i fell the exact same thing, i got really motivated for a while and i manged to lose 25 pounds, and then in the glory of it all i lost my motivation, i have now gained back twn of those pounds and i too am getting ver frustrated, my goal is to lose 40 pounds by july i know its unrealistic, but im still trying, my mom is very supportive of me, so even though i know that the way you are felling supportive words may not help, i will give them to you too. she said that if i keep on trying im bound to get some where even if it is not my exact goal. losing 1 pound even when you wanted to lose five is better than looseing nothing at all, just keep your chin up and keep focused, GOOD LUCK!

you can do it- and that's the way to keep at it. whenever you fall of the diet wagon just get back on it right away- the same day-= the same time you realize that you've just fallen. drink a lot of water and find an exersize that you acctually enjoy and do it at least every other day. don't let 48 hours go by with out haveing a good work out. good luck! keep your inspiration! i know it's hard but you can do it! my email's red8705@hotmail.com. good luck!
