OK well my name is Michelle, and i have been overweight for a while. I'm not like really really fat but i am chunky. My stomach is just there...i really want to lose weight off my stomach. That would make me feel so much better about myself and bring up my self-esteem. Any suggestions? Excercises? Or Diets? PLEASE HELP!!!

I suggest THE FIRM video workouts for firming up your stomach muscles. It's gaurenteed that you will see a difference in 10 workouts or less. On the diets, just eat healthier and not as much sweets (i need some work on that) and then you'll be firm and healthy. Good luck!
