im soooo happy. im at the fat burning stage! lol i have only lost around 13 lbs but. that was in 2 weeks even though it may not sound like alot. im sticking to it...unklike everything else iv done...im starting taebo soon and im on the atkins diet but i odnt eat as much fat. im so happy it is working this time.i can actually see a small difference.but...small is still something ! goodluck all
