Well, tonight i rode my bike about 3/4 of a mile and did 200 crunches. I also did 50 pushups. I know this sounds a little ambitious, but I really want to lose the weight! For breakfast, i had apple juice, an apple and some cereal. For lunch, i had school pizza, an apple, milk, and a cookie (oops). For dinner i had fake mashed potatoes (you know the ones, the flakes that you add water to) corn, roast beef (two small slices) and gravy. Is this a good meal plan? I know the cookie and pizza were probably bad for me, but it was the only thing that our school dosent make from 9 day old leftovers. lol. u can reply to this if you have any suggestions about my meal plan.... I NEED HELP TO LOSE THIS EXTRA POUNDAGE!!!!! I CAN'T DO IT ALONE!!!!!!

Just eat healthy. Don't eat so many carbs. Try to have less than 1000 calories a day so that means you need to keep track of how many calories you eat whenever you put something in your mouth. My advise will work because my friend did it and she lost 10 pounds in 2 and a half weeks. Good Luck!

maybe if you ate a salad or something for lunch or packed your own sandwich because you're eating too many calories to lose weight.
