Hey, does anyone know any good chest exercises? I'm top-heavy and when I lose this weight I don't want to be small everywhere else and huge up top (a natural Pamela Anderson). lol Anyways a lot of it is hereditary so I know I can't lose too much but I would like to lose as much as possible. when you do pushups and weight lifting then you're building up the chest muscles so it helps you to become perkier- but doesn't decrease your breast size- the only way you can do that naturally is dieting and(even if it's the last to go) it will eventually decrease a bit. good luck! i have the same problem but to top it off i'm a bit droopy and have stretch marks so that's why i'm doing pushups and freeweights and dieting...

lol i kno wht u mean!! im the same way. ive doone pushup and all but its heriditary so it looks like i may be stuck but mayb not i dunno. but u kno some would die form big boobs. lol

I would. Right now I'm big B, but when i lose weight, i'll lose my breast size too. I really want to increse my breast size. Does anybody know how?
