Ht. 5'5", Today: 140 lb (BMI %tile: 86), Goal: 120 lb - Hey y'all I come here at least once a week to see peoples ideas on losing weight. I wouldn't say I'm really overweight but I've been called fat a lot and people have poked my "pudge". I'm 5'5 and 140lbs I would love to be 115-120lbs. About 3/4 of the girls in my class are under 120lbs, no matter wat the height. In fact my best friend is disgustingly skinny, 5'8 1/2 and 109lbs. I don't want to be that skinny I just don't like going shopping with my skinny friends and them all complaining that the size 3 is too big, when I would love to fit into a size 3. I'm a size 9. I know most of you have bigger problems then me. And I know that its only healthy to lose 2-3 lbs a week otherwise you will almost always gain your weight back quickly. So do you guys have any good tips? And also what are some good tips for flattening your stomach and how long should it take to get one? Thanks :D

ok ur not fat. ur barely pudgy. 5'5 and 140 isnt tht bad. i mean i kno wht u mean w/ the whole friend deal and kno wht u mean w/ a 5'8 1/2 friend whose 109 thts too skinny. i have a friend and she 6'1 and 135 i think mayb 130 but she has the smallest bone structure and lol no muscle. tht could be something u should think bout. muscle is weighs more than fat. lol. just do some situps adn thtll help tone ur stomach and jus b careful w/ wht u eat. hope it helps. u can email me at TQueenoftheCouRt@aol.com if ya have ne more ??s.

Wow! this is freaky! im 5"4 and i weigh about 136..roughly the same as you! my best friend is tiny 2! believe me, i kno how u feel wen u go shoppin with friends or neone for that matter! haha if u want a diet buddy,...illl gladly fill in! and like wen ur watchin tv just do sit ups and crunches and stuff like that. Work out each day or 4-5 days a week for AT LEAST half an hour! Good luck! k.i.t (keep in touch)
