Ht. 5'4", Today: 142 lb (BMI %tile: 85) - Hey everyone. I'm 15 and I'm starting basketball. I'm not exactly overweight but I'm not very skinny. I'm 5'4" and I weight 142 pounds. I am also doing Swing Dancing and my partner has to flip me alot so I want to drop some weight for that. Mostly in my legs and stomach. Some way to do it fast and easy. Thanks everyone!!

not easily no- fast-errrr- kinda. what you need to be doing is intense cardio workout everyday and to eat less calories. good luck- swing dancing is really fun!i wish there were still classes where i live!
