Hey, I do quite a bit of sport but still hav really wobbly thighs, I don't know what to do? Also does anyone know how to loose about 5lbs slowly, but without anyone noticing. Please reply, any help is welcome. I believe in you all. Thanx

you should just eat a little bit less then what you do now and do simple things like take the stairs and not the elevators in buildings and walk places. good luck! and the wobbly thighs thing i'm not sure and i don't want to make you angry by saying more exersizeing becasue you already do so much you say. but then it could be just becasue you have fat over the muscle and you can only get rid of that by lessening your calories. good luck!
