HAY EVERYONE. I REALLY WANA LOOSE A LIL WEIGHT B4 XMAS, COZ I WANA FEEL GOOD, ROUND DAT TIME. I THOUGHT I WOOD SHARE WIT CHU'S ALL, MI PLAN TO LOOSE WEIGHT. well firstly every morning im goin 2 go up this hill thing in my town on my bike, then im guna get bak and hav sum low fat cereal and a glass of water and a teen vitamin. At skool i eat a sandwhich and fruit, when i get home i try 2 eat as healthy az i can and den clean up for mi mum, do homework stuff like that coz it gets tha " food eating " outa ur mind. Then il probs do platies or kick boxing, and hav a salad for dinner. Then more water. REMEMBER, WATER FILLS U UP! so yeh, and den bed, Ul defentially loose weight wit dat, jus dont go ova board k, hope i hepled ya, email me if ya wana tlk!missy_blonde2000@hotmail.com

Only one piece of advice. eat something before you go out on your bike. It will help you lose more weight because you reactivate your metaboolism. Good Luck!!!!
