Ht. 5'4", Today: 175 lb (BMI %tile: 98) - I am 5'4" 8th grade 14 years old, and I weigh 175lbs. my body is really bg, so I think Im just big boned, but its also really boney. Is there anyway just to make my little beerbelly and thighs shrink...any excercise tips. Im going to high school next year and I want to look good. Thanks guys! do you like volleyball? its great for the belly bc you have to stretch. also try tae bo- with friends, you can laugh and have fun, since it does seem kinda funny the first time you do it. soccer also does good for the legs bc with all the running, it will strengthen your legs w/out adding bulk. hope this helps!
