I would like to lose some weight before the new year, i have resently started lifting weights and would like some ideas on what to eat, because of school i cant really stick to any old diet thanks for any replys!!! email@example.com
Reply from emily, Age 13 - 10/29/03 - IP#: 68.55.157.xxx hey, a little while ago i got a membership to a gym and went atleast 2 times a week, and i lost around 10 pounds! my advice to you is to start not only lifting weights but doing other activitites at your gym too, good luck!

U see, there are 2 different types of food - ones that u eat to stay alive - and ones you eat for the taste. I know that food should taste REALLY good, but for now eat for your heath, not for your comfort. Keep exercising, and when you lose weight, you'll be able to splurge on yummy thigs you like. I have been doing that staring this week ( last wednesday ) and have lost 7 lbs! yay.
