A couple years ago I gradually lost 50 pounds (and grew 3 inches taller) but this year I've gained 15 pounds back. I'm haveing a lot of difficulty losing those last pounds again. I look at pictures from three years ago and I'm like wow I've made a lot of progress I'm thin enough. But then I look in the mirror and I am gainin the weight back agian! I hate having to go back up the pant sizes, I don't want to have lost all that weight for nothing. My parents think I am fine the way I am but I have a produding belly again and I don't want to go all the way back up agian. I want to be thin!

well- our bodies become used to all of the exersize if you do it regualarly so kick your exersize up more...

hey! well congrats on losing 50lbs! that's a great achievement. Just remind yourself of what you want, keep your eye on the goal. I mean a 5 minute snack only lasts 5 minutes, but losing weight can last forever if you remember that;-) BTW, how did you lose 50lbs? That's awesome! Good luck!
