Ht. 5'10", Today: 182 lb (BMI %tile: 91), Goal: 150 lb - Hey guys---I'm 5'10" and weigh about 182 pounds. I would really love to get down to 150 by the end of april. I have been running/walking for 20 minutes and doing around 35 sit-ups each day. I've also cut out all sugar and fried foods, and drink mostly water. So, 30 pounds in 5 months---does that sound realistic? If not, where should I be by then? Thanks.

i think its really good that u r doin this sensible! that soundz like a great plan and u will DEFINITLY lose that amount of weight in 5 months if not more!!!

I think that sounds great....you'd have to lose about 5lbs a month, and that sounds healthy. U can lose a max of 2lbs a week if u want to do it healthy, but it is not very fast but it sounds like u have a good weight loss image((whatever I meant by that)) so u could prolly lose more than 30lbs.

that's a really good goal and you can do it!
