If it is any help to anyone, drinking a things of water really helps. You'll have to pee alot(not to get to personal) at first and it reall gets on your nerves but it really helps alot!

You need to drink at least 8 cups if not more, and usually that means drinking water alost all the time.

it really works i drink at least 4 cups of water a day how long does it take to lose fat.Ive been drinking water for 2 months it doesnt seem to work i eat healthy and all but whats the problem oh yea and a do exsersise.

Olivia's right! Drinking a lot of water gets rid of a lot of liquid in your body and make you umm poop more lol so you get rid or more waste. Oh and eating celery actually does the same as water-it burns more calories then u get from the celery becuase celery helps get rid of things-thats y they serve so much celery at camps for overweight children!
