Today: 172 lb - i am very out of shape. Just walking up the stairs makes me breath heavily. I am 172 lbs and would really like to get into shape. Would Tae Bo be good for me? or what exericse should i start out with?

PILATES!!!!! omfg that works wonders ...it tones u up and doesnt make u bulky its awesome....it may be hard at first but it is soooooo worth it.....u hafta eat a sensible diet tho...try doing slim*fast.... have a shake for breakfast and then a meal on the go bar for lunch that*s what im doing right now its working good....
