Today: 136 lb - hey. i weighed myself this mornin n i was 136lbs, last week i was 134.5lbs, i dont see how i could've gained weight, i did so much walking on friday and saturday and i also exercised everyday. but i had generel tso's chicken for lunch saturday with a sprite. maybe its muscle mass but i dunno. im just depressed right now, especially since my period will be starting soon.

Time of day affects your weight too. If you weigh yourself in the morning, then again at night, your gonna weigh more at nighttime. dont worry if u did gain it that fast, then u can lose it fast

u probably are just gaining muscle and ur probabl a little bloated cuz of ur period strting soon i am the exact same way when im on mine.
