Ht. 5'5", Today: 153 lb (BMI %tile: 87) - i try to help everyone i can but when i post it seems that no one answers to mine. i'm really frustrated because i exersize and eat really well- i don't need advice on that and i've been losing a lot of weight and getting more fit but i'm not going down any pant sizes. i'm 5'5" and 153 pounds and a size 14-16 someone reply and help please!

i realize that you can't spot reduce but it's frustrating. i do tae-bo and jog and i occationally weight lift with 5 lb weights i do crunches too- i also speed walk on sundays- as i told you i don't need help with the exersize i know that i'm doing it correctly- i was just wondering if there's some reason that my lower stomach isn't bugding at all because that's why i'm not losing any pant sizes or if there's any tips for that area i would be greatful...

what kinds of excersizes do you do? if you do crunches and wegiht lift and all that, its all good, but you also need to do cardiovascular workouts like walking biking running swimming ect. because no matter how much you work out one single spot, there is no such thing as "spot reducing". You need to get the all over effect for yourself to get smaller. I hope I helped! :-) Good luck!

well- when i measure my wrists the tests tell me that i hae a small buil- but thatnk you clifford!

Im sorry anne well maybe keep doing what u are doing but some people are built wth larger stomachs then others look at ur mom and grandmother and see do they have bigger stomachs cuz if they do u will to if they dont u might acturally be small boned and need to loose a lot more weight then you think well hope that helps. cuz if u measure ur bones by ur wrist u could have small fingers or a lot of fat on ur wrist so maybe u could go and ask the doctor for more advice if this doesnt help
