How can I lose weight? I'm not really big, I just want to lose the stomach. Can somebody help me?

do 200 sit ups each day, take a break about every ten, and the days when your way to sore to do 200 the just push yourself to do as much as you can... ive been doin this for a couple of months and already have great abs so i sugest you do it cause you will see results!!! hi. you cant spot reduce, its impossible. so i suggest trying an aerobic exercise like walking, dancing, etc. and do crunches to. you can go to www.google.com to search for different crunches to do.
