Ht. 5'5", Start: 680 lb, Today: 630 lb (BMI %tile: 98) - Hi im new to this so here i go.....
Im 5ft 5inches tall and 630 lbs. i know it is a lot (A hell of a lot!) Ive lost about 50 lbs from my top weight of 680 but im now struggleing to lose any weight. i would really appreiate any help you can give.

drink lots LOTS and LOTS of water, like 8-12 glasses a day(8oz's), and 2cups b4 meals, to make u feel fuller. and don't eat at least 2-3 hours b4 bedtime, u gain wait that way. and dont drink soda!!, but if u must, only one a day and make it a diet soda.
*water helps to flush out fat, keep u hydrated, n supress hunger*

cut your portions down as much as you can stand with out becoming hungry so that you can stick with it- gradually lower the amount that you eat and make sure that the majority of the foods you eat are natural and healthy for you. drink only no-calorie drinks like water and diet soda. that's a start- and try to walk or do whatever you can- like deep breathing or something. good luck! this is for your health and i know that if you try you can succeed!
