i just went for a quick jog and it felt so good. i'm reallfy getting fit and to the point where i love how it feels to exersize. i was just itching all day to go jogging. i haven't been jogging for a while and i've been doing other exersizes like tae-bo. the time before when i went jogging i hated it but this time it was really relaxing and stress relieveing. i feel so good about myself now. i looked in the mirror and i can see defined upper abs- my upper abs from the waist up look great but i'm really having trouble with the waist down. i can't get that stuff off but i heard running gives you a flatter stomach so i'll jog again tomorrow and hopefully make a habit of it. if anyone has suggestions about that area it would be greatly appreciated!

on the atkins diet you're suppose to eat alot of veggies- but not fruits for two weeks becasue fruits are acctually high in natural sugar. well- definately don't pick a diet you can't stick to because that's no good. sit-ups and leg lifts are good exersizes but only work the muscles and don't burn very much calories and carbs and fat. do some cardio work everyother day and alternate between that and the sit-ups and things. go out for a brisk walk and build it up to a jog or do some tae-bo or something interesting like that. you need cardio exersize becasue it's great for your cardio system and it burns more then just floor work and weight lifting. good luck!

Hey Anne, i don't really have any advice about the sotomach, but i have a question for you! u replyed to me earlier about the atkins diet. well i heard from soem one on here that it is really bad for teens like it stunts your growth and stuff, plus i am addicted to carbs (well maybe it would be good) all i ever eat is mashed potatoes, bread, fruits, and veggies. It would be hard for me to do atkins becuz everyday (except thursdays becuz they dont have um.) i get a salad at school and with atkins can't you not have fruits or vegetables? i also love fruit so do u have any other suggestions for me? also do u have any exercise suggestions? i have been doing the thing where you said to do 50 sit ups and leg lifts, but i was wondering if there was a time better to do them becuz i have been doing them right before i go to bed will this even give me results? i wonder if we are abou the saem size because i read your reply to someone and you said you wear a size 16 pants, so do i so i wonder if the stuff you are doing will help me. if you have any suggestions PLZ e-mail me at...dolphingirl2007@hotmail.com it would mean alot!
