Ht. 5'4", Today: 150 lb (BMI %tile: 93) - hey all! im 13, 5'4" and im bout 150, but im also somewhat muscular im not like bulky or nehting but i got sum muscles. well my question is wat is a good way 2 lose weight all over (especially the thighs)?? please help thanks soo much 4 reading this JeSSiCa

walking is a very good and simple exercise, if u cant do it outside, try the walk away the lbs vid, start with the 1 mile walk
