Start: 230 lb, Today: 220 lb - Hi..this is Tamisha.......i weighed 230lb but ive lost 10lb's in about 3 weeks......ive been exercising everyday and eating less...but i have a problem with my scale it keeps messing up how much i weigh....itll say one day i lost 2lb when i chek it the next day all of a sudden those 2lbs are back on me.....i dunno how that happens...and im sure its not the scale......i wonder if any of you have any advice for me....pls email me at concealed_pearl02@hotmail.com

I WANT YOUR SCALE if I could get a scale like that a whole lot of peoples wouldint be sweatin me any way happy 2 here about u losin 10 pounds n all hatter out

If you weigh your self everyday, that could be the problem. You are only supposed to weigh in once a week because you weight flucuates 1-2 lbs everyday. Another anwser is clothing, if you wore really light pajamas and a tank top when you weighed yourself once then you wore jeans and a denim jacket the next time you weighed yourself then it wont be accurate because denim weighs A LOT more than like sweats or pajamas.
