any general pointers for the atkins diet?

remember that it's not only about cutting out the breads and pastas but it's about cutting out the sugar too!

1) For the first two weeks only have 20 carbs per day. After that increase by 5 carbs each week until you stop losing weight.
2) Look for low carb candy, cookies, diet sodas, ice cream, shakes, bread, and pasta
3) It helps if there is not a lot of tempting food around you.
4) Drink lots of water.
5) Keep track of how many carbs you eat each day.
6) Stay with it!
