Hello everybody. I have a tumbling/gymnastics competition in about a month, and i really want to lose all of this jiggly fat on my upper thighs and butt and stomach, because i have to wear a leotard only in front of a bunch of people!! No matter what i do, i cant get rid of my jiggly thighs and butt!! If anyone know any good dieting tips on food and excersize, i would very much appreciate it.

it's what you eat and how much you exersize- you already must exersize a lot becasue you're in gymnastics- but you should be eating less calories. try your goal calorie intake for the day be something like 1300- with that and exersizing daily for 30 min. at least you can lose a good 2 pounds or more a week so that's like 8 pounds in a month before your competition and that could come from anywhere in your body and definately make a difference. yuck! i know how you can be embarassed about your body in spandex- i have to wear it under my skirt in the spring for tennis and it cuts into me a lot and i have to hide the bulge- that's one of the reasons i'm losing weight is so i'll be more comfy in tennis. good luck! i know that if you put your mind to it then you can do it!
