Ht. 5'5", Today: 152 lb (BMI %tile: 93), Goal: 135 lb - Hi, I am wondering if anyone can tell me good exercise equipment that doesn't take up lots of room and isn't expensive. It isn't that I can't afford it but I don't want to make my family pay for my weight loss stuff because it is my fault i am this weight not theirs. So please reply asap and I would also like to know some exercise and eating tips I am 5"5 and 152 and would like to get down to 130-135 in about 3-31/2 months. Mathew i think that you are over reacting we all want too be thinner but dont get too hyped up about it just try too be more confident i am 14 i am 117 lbs and i am a girl and my my boyfriend is about the same size as you you arnt really over weight but if you really want too loose weight the best thing too do is just skip one meal choose the meal that will be esiest too skip and just dont eat at that time it really does work good luck Xxx

get a resistant band with the ball/ropy thing(sorry- don't know the tec. term!) so that you can do weight lifting with something you can stick in between doors to use. they're really great- exspecially if you get a booklet or something to show you all the diff. moves you can do with it...
