Ht. 5'5", Today: 180 lb (BMI %tile: 98) - Hey, I am 13 5'5 and 180 lbs!! I am worried about getting diabeties and I hate being so overweight. I am not haveing problems in school or anything, as a matter of fact I am one of the most popular girls in school and I have a lot of friends! I feel like I have some of the best friends ever and everyone likes me and I have lots of guy friends but none of them like like me. I know its beecause I am overwight. My sister is super thin and my mom is a fitness instructer and I weight 6 pounds more than her and she has tons of musles! I have tried so so so many diets and none of them work! I feel like I cant stick to diets and I am getting desperate! I dont know what to do! please please help me!! email me at miasweetie21@aol.com please help!!

instead of ruling out all your favorite foods like carbs or something in a diet just eat everything in proportions and calculate your calories. maybe you should try a 1500 calorie diet so that you can stick to it- just eat a little less then you do now of the same foods...it might help you stick to it- and exersize everyday for a half hour in the morning so that you have your exersize done with and so that you do it EVERY morning!!!
