Ht. 5'6", Today: 214 lb (BMI %tile: 98) - Hey!
That's right I have a new plan, and I wanna know if it will work! ok I am 13 yrs old 214lbs 5'6 I am big, and i want it to stop, I am gonna do 100 curls, jumping jacks, and squats a day! I am gonna eat a small breakfast, and drink only 2 bottles of water for lunch, and when i get home from school another bottle of water, and then a snack and water for dinner! I am gonna also drink a lil milk for breakfast! I am hoping to be down to 170 by Christmas and since there is alot of food around then and thanksgiving only 160 by January 1st! Then I want to be about 140 by march! ... and then my longest goal is to be about 120-125 by June! I know this is ALOT of work, but does anyone believe in me? I need support!!! You might want to try starting out easier and working yourself up. I am also overweight and so is my mom and dad so we are trying the atkins diet. I have been on it since June 1st and lost 27 pounds. What it is is eating practicaly no carbs and than working yourself up. You start at 20 per day and than increase. You might think it sounds bad but there are tons of low carb candies, bread, pasta, chips, and cookies. It also helps to work out some such as running, exercising and playing sports. that's a no-no, sport. anerexia bad, and that's what drinking just water is! i'm not sure if that's what you meant but from what you wrote i can tell you that one small meal a day isn't enough!
