Hey People!!Ok well I have been working really hard recently. I have about 10 more pounds left to lose. I play AYSO soccer and am also trying out for the High School soccer team. Anyways, I have been really watching what I'm eating and exersizing every day( for high school soccer we have to run about a mile every ohter day under 8 min). Anyways I have been working really hard during the week so do you think it's ok if I take a break on the weekends?? I still exersize though cause I have soccer games but do you think its ok if I just kinda eat whatever?? THANKS!!

maybe you should have a little give on your diet during the weekends- but don't blow it completely. it might help if you're really good for two weeks and then set up a really bad day when you eat whatever you want or something. but congragulations and keep pluggen away!
