Try these ideas:
1) get a good nights sleep every night
2) drink lots of water
3) If you are hunrgey try drinking water or a diet drink and see if it feels you up
4) Get lots of exercise Run, exercise, or play sports!
5) Watch the amount of carbs and calories you eat. try to keep them low.
6) Try to feel good about your self and stay positive!
7)keep at it

Ok Ok, this case IS really serious, sorrry to say what you alreday know. Have you seen the docotr? Because if you haven't you really should. Ok here are some tips i have found very very useful
* drink 1 glass of water before every meal
*when you feel full stop eating, whenever you get that ensation of fullness just think about how you want to look and go do some exercise isntead of eating more.
*Do not drink any fizzy drinks but if you have to you should certainly not drink full fat ones, its so dumb, the diet ones taste the same with so much less calories.
*Force yourself to walk everyday, if you don't want to think of how you want to look, it should help you to push yourself.
This is going to be had work, and i'm sure you know it. Don't you dare give up, this will change your life. You are in danger so cut down you calories boost up your exercise and get out there!!!!
And don't think so negativly about your weight just think of it as a challenge, everybody has to face challanges so just push yourself and you'll get there.

do this
1.get a lot of sleep

3.have a friend along with u. friends help encourage u. and u guys can BOTH lose weight
4.everyday eat veggies, fruits and low fat meals. 14g per meals(only have 2 meals) BUT SMALLIN UP UR PERPORSIONS! that means eat less then u used 2
5.never say that u cant do it bcuz u can
6.xersise after u eat dinner
7.ONLY have 1500 calories a day
8.remember eat healthy

o sry. no i no how overweight ppl feel. i feel so bad now. well ne wayz, eat healthy EVERYDAY. NO SWEETS. NONE @ all. no mcdonalds or ne thing. u eat healthy food lyk veggies, fruits and nurtious food. xersise EVERYDAY!!! have a friend with u. lyk everyday n the mornin u wake up, have ur friend there and try 2 lose weight. u should try joinin basketball,volleyball or even CHEERLEADING! im n cheerleadin rite now and ive lost lyk 4lbs-7lbs. but u should try not 2 eat so much. eat a lil. lyk half ur regualr eatin plan. or u could try weight watchers. but wut i do which i dont want u 2 do is i dont eat lunch so i can lose calories. o ya i 4got 2 tell u, eat ONLY 14g a meal and u should count ur calories and ur fats. u should have 1500 calories a day. BUT REMEMBER, NO EATING SWEETS OR NE THING. i no its hard but u should do it if u want 2 lose weight. if u dont feel lyk it, u obviously dont want 2 lose weight. so get up early every morning and xersise. drink plenty of water.
