Hi elisabeth something that i say that helped out alot was a dietary weight lose pill called Hydroxycut for me it worked so well i weighed 264 pounds and i dropped to 217 pounds in 8 weeks and 4 days so the results might varie some peopel might lose more or less weight that others. And you should also drink 1 gallon and a half of water through out the whole day and also do at least 15 - 35 min of excercise a day and you will feel a dramatic change in a week. just 30 pounds? well 30 pounds is a lot. i reccomend you start off with a smaller goal, like 7 pounds, thn work your way up to 30, so you won't be dissapointed if the weight doesnt come off as quickly as u wanted it too. how tall r u?
