Quisha- sarah was right- i was repling to a replier not to you, though i'm sorry you thought that. no i do not need psychiatric help thanks- my mental health is quite fine. i came off rude in that email becasue just like anyone else in this god forsaken world i can be pissed off too. and slimfast isn't unhealthy, it's acctually quite the opposite and i'm sick of everyone saying that it's unhealthy when people just go by what they hear instead of investigating it themselves...
